RN Navigator Subscription, Cancellation and Refund Policy Effective date: November 1, 2026 Availability and price The subscription is $1.99 USD per month plus applicable sales tax. There is no free trial. The first payment is charged at completed checkout, and the subscription renews monthly until you cancel. Before purchasing Checkout requires three separate, initially unchecked confirmations: that you are at least 18; agreement to the Customer Services Agreement and Terms of Use, including Section 14 on arbitration and waivers, and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy; and authorization of recurring charges. Review the linked agreements, cancellation and refund terms before purchasing. Cancellation You may cancel through Account > Manage Billing or email support@RNNavigatorApp.com with a clear request to stop renewal and enough information to identify your subscription. No reason is required. Cancellation has no fee or penalty and stops future recurring charges. Ordinary cancellation leaves access available through the previously paid subscription period. Email cancellation timing We aim to process email cancellation requests within 48 hours and will process them no later than 72 elapsed hours, including weekends and holidays. A request that clearly asks to stop renewal and reasonably identifies your subscription is honored from receipt by our support email system, not from the time we process it. If it arrives before renewal but processing occurs after a renewal charge, we will refund that charge, including collected taxes. Access continues through the period paid for before cancellation took effect, not through the mistakenly renewed period. Amounts already returned are not refunded twice. We will acknowledge your request and confirm completion and the paid-through date. If clarification is necessary, we will promptly ask and preserve the original receipt time for review. The processing maximum does not extend your cancellation deadline. Refunds and minor accounts Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable and non-prorated except as required by law, for a prorated refund of any unearned subscription fees under the minor-account provision below, and for renewal charges following timely cancellation as described above. Amounts already returned are not refunded twice. The Terms state: “If RN Navigator reasonably determines or receives notice that an account is maintained by an individual under age 18, it will immediately suspend or terminate the account, delete associated personal data consistent with applicable law, and issue a prorated refund of any unearned subscription fees.” Purchase confirmation The Customer Services Agreement provides for an immediate automated purchase confirmation email stating the recurring rate, next renewal date and cancellation instructions. Arbitration opt-out The 30-calendar-day opt-out period starts on the day after account creation and express Terms acceptance are both complete. It ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (America/New_York) on day 30. Send your notice to support@RNNavigatorApp.com with your legal name, account email and an express statement opting out. A notice sent by the deadline is timely; reasonable evidence of sending establishes timeliness if delivery is disputed. A timely opt-out removes mandatory arbitration, the class action waiver and the jury trial waiver together. Email verification, purchasing a subscription, accepting checkout terms, resending confirmation or recovering an account does not restart the period or override a valid opt-out. This sent-notice rule applies to arbitration opt-outs; email cancellation uses the separate receipt rule above. See Section 14 of the Terms for the full provision.
