What is RN Navigator?
A nursing education and career roadmap that helps you explore the steps between your starting point and a supported goal.
Who is it for?
Prospective nursing students, LPNs/LVNs and registered nurses planning their next education or career step.
How much does it cost?
RN Navigator Full Access is $1.99/month, with automatic monthly renewal until cancelled. One subscription includes the complete consumer product.
Can I cancel?
You may cancel through Account → Manage Billing or by emailing support@RNNavigatorApp.com. We aim to process emailed requests within 48 hours and always within 72 elapsed hours, including weekends and holidays. Identifiable requests are honored from receipt. If a request arrives before renewal but is processed afterward, we refund the resulting renewal charge, including collected taxes. Access continues through the previously paid period.
Do you offer refunds?
Subscription payments are generally nonrefundable and non-prorated, except where required by law. If RN Navigator reasonably determines or receives notice that an account is maintained by an individual under age 18, it will immediately suspend or terminate the account, delete associated personal data consistent with applicable law, and issue a prorated refund of any unearned subscription fees. Renewal charges resulting from processing a timely cancellation after renewal are also refunded, including collected taxes. Amounts already refunded are not refunded again.
Does RN Navigator choose a school for me?
No. You explore and compare the options. The decision is yours.
Does it guarantee admission or licensure?
No. Schools and licensing authorities determine their own requirements and decisions.
How current is the information?
Program information can change. Confirm important requirements directly with the school and the relevant nursing board or accreditor.
What if information needs updating?
Email support@RNNavigatorApp.com with the school or program, the proposed correction and an official source if available. Do not include sensitive personal information.
Does it work in all 50 states?
The product includes nursing-program and pathway information across all 50 states. Program availability and supported specialties differ by state. Application access requires an active subscription.
