Who we are
RN Navigator App, LLC provides information to help people explore nursing education and career pathways. Contact us at support@RNNavigatorApp.com or RN Navigator App, LLC, 206 N. Charity Lane, Warner Robins, GA 31088.
Information we handle
Website requests can include your IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, request headers, timing and error information. URLs can include choices you make, such as an educational starting point, career goal, state or optional city or ZIP code. These choices can also appear in browser history and service logs.
Account features use information such as your email address, account identifier, authentication/session information and access permissions. Registration and subscription features record age declarations, agreement to particular versions of our terms, and recurring-payment authorization. An age declaration is not independent verification of your date of birth.
Payment processing through Stripe involves billing information and records such as customer, subscription and invoice identifiers, payment and tax amounts, billing periods, subscription status, and cancellation or refund information.
Support messages contain your contact information and the details you provide. Private beta feedback can include tester-linked comments, ratings, page or program references and information about the experience being tested. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, patient information or unnecessary sensitive information in support or feedback messages.
How we use information
We use information to provide pages and pathway selections, authenticate accounts, manage access, record and honor consent and opt-out choices, handle support and feedback, administer subscriptions, maintain security, and address accounting, legal and dispute needs.
Service providers and disclosures
Vercel provides application hosting, Supabase provides authentication and database services, and Google Workspace supports our support email. Stripe provides payment and billing services. These providers process information involved in their respective services. Authentication email delivery also involves the configured email service. We may disclose information where necessary to comply with applicable law or address legal claims and security incidents.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication uses cookies and session mechanisms. Authentication flows can also use short-lived cookies to remember a return destination; restricted tester features can use an access cookie. Some comparison, Journey and testing features use browser session storage or local storage to remember selections or testing activity. The national Journey also carries selections in requests and URLs. You can control cookies and browser storage through your browser, but blocking or clearing them can affect sign-in and saved selections. Clearing browser storage does not itself delete account records, support messages or provider records.
Retention
Our policy is to keep information only as long as needed for its purpose and applicable accounting, security, legal or dispute needs, then delete or deidentify it:
- Account and authentication information: as needed to provide and manage the account and address relevant security or legal needs.
- Consent and arbitration opt-out evidence: only as needed to honor your choices and address relevant legal or dispute needs.
- Billing, cancellation and refund records: as needed to administer transactions and meet relevant accounting, legal or dispute needs.
- Support and feedback: as needed to handle the request, assess the feedback and address related security, legal or dispute needs.
- Operational logs: as needed to operate, troubleshoot and protect the service and address relevant legal or dispute needs.
Deletion from active systems does not necessarily mean immediate removal from backups or all provider records. Backup copies and provider records are subject to their applicable lifecycle and legal requirements. This policy does not promise immediate erasure from backups or automatic deletion on a fixed schedule. Browser-held information can also remain until cleared or expired by the relevant browser or storage mechanism.
Privacy questions and requests
Email support@RNNavigatorApp.com to ask about information associated with you or request access, correction or deletion. The founder handles these requests. Describe what you need and provide enough information to identify the relevant account or interaction. We use identity checks appropriate to the request before disclosing information or making changes. Please do not send identity documents unless requested through an appropriate process. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the request.
Age eligibility and minor accounts
You must be at least 18 and have the legal capacity to form a binding contract to register or use RN Navigator. High-school or preparatory pathway information does not authorize use by minors. Contact support if you believe an account is maintained by someone under 18. The Terms state:
“If RN Navigator reasonably determines or receives notice that an account is maintained by an individual under age 18, it will immediately suspend or terminate the account, delete associated personal data consistent with applicable law, and issue a prorated refund of any unearned subscription fees.”
Security and external websites
We use account authentication and access restrictions to help protect information. No website or information system can guarantee absolute security. Links to schools, boards and other sources take you to services with their own privacy practices; opening a link sends a request to that service. RN Navigator does not control those external services.
Optional website analytics
Effective date: November 6, 2026
With your permission, RN Navigator uses Google Analytics to measure visits to selected public pages and the time those pages are visible and focused in your browser. We also enable measurement of whether approximately 90% of a page becomes visible. These measurements do not establish that you read the content.
Google receives a pseudonymous browser identifier and technical and network information. Our analytics implementation is designed to exclude RN Navigator account identifiers, email addresses, form contents, and account, authentication, subscription and billing page addresses. We disable Google’s user-provided-data collection features and enable email redaction as additional safeguards.
Analytics is optional and does not affect access to RN Navigator. You can allow or decline it and change your choice using the analytics controls on supported public pages. Withdrawal stops future collection from that browser; it does not automatically delete information already collected. Browser storage settings can affect whether your choice is saved; the controls report saving failures.
We remember your choice for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies have a configured lifetime of up to 30 days. The browser-identifier cookie is not extended on each visit; the session-state cookie may renew with activity. Contact support@RNNavigatorApp.com with privacy questions or requests.
