Section 14 provides a 30-calendar-day opt-out from mandatory arbitration, the class action waiver and the jury trial waiver. Day 1 is the day after both account creation and express Terms acceptance are complete. Send your notice by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (America/New_York) on day 30 to support@RNNavigatorApp.com with your legal name, account email and an express statement opting out. A notice sent by that deadline is timely; reasonable evidence of sending establishes timeliness if delivery is disputed. Email verification, Checkout, resending a confirmation email and account recovery do not restart the period or override a valid opt-out. Email opt-out.
